Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant to lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle in the Middle East from Dubai. You will work with Account Executives to demonstrate Appian’s platform and articulate value to prospective clients.

This role requires hands-on engineering background, ability to co-create solutions, and experience with large Financial Services and Insurance organisations. You will build prototypes, respond to RFPs, and represent Appian at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years as Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer for enterprise software.
• Hands-on technical background with experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with large Financial Services & Insurance organisations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to meet sales goals in Middle East.
• Manage all technical aspects of a sales cycle from first meetings to final presentations.
• Develop discovery with clients to understand business needs.
• Craft technical responses for RFPs and proposals.
• Build and present proof-of-concept apps addressing client problems.
• Explain technical details and business benefits to executives.
• Represent Appian at industry events.
• Build long-term relationships with client technical staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
