Job summary

Right Calibre Consulting is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Dubai, UAE, to lead new-business acquisition across the UAE and Lower Gulf. You will engage with senior decision-makers, identify high-value opportunities, and build a robust pipeline to drive growth for an AdTech-focused portfolio.

You will work directly with regional leadership to expand presence in the MENA region, leveraging your network with CMOs and growth executives to close deals and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business with blue-chip clients.
• Established relationships with senior marketing and growth decision-makers in UAE and Gulf.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close deals.
• Commercial acumen and confidence to discuss growth with senior stakeholders.
• Resilience, persistence and data-driven approach to navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience in AdTech, digital advertising or performance marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-business acquisition across the UAE and Lower Gulf, targeting leading brands.
• Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Growth, Performance Marketing Directors and other senior decision-makers.
• Identify, develop and close high-value opportunities with blue-chip clients.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and market intelligence.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve prospecting, outreach and sales effectiveness.
• Work closely with regional leadership to drive commercial growth across MENA.
