Job summary

Forcepoint is seeking a results-oriented pre-sales professional in Dubai to drive security solutions across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on articulating business value, performing product demonstrations, and collaborating with Sales and Engineering to close opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication skills and a solid understanding of networking and security technologies, with experience in pre-sales engagements across regions.

• Strong leadership and ability to prioritize with senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales assistance for customers and partners, including installations, troubleshooting and training of Forcepoint products.
• Define solution options and articulate the benefits of Websense products.
• Act as interface between Sales and technical staff to resolve issues.
• Assist in closing business in regional territories through field visits to major accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites and events.
• Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management and Engineering.
• Promote innovative approaches to address business challenges and map customer drivers to network platforms.
