Job summary

Fortinet in Dubai is seeking a Systems Engineer SecOps to support the sales team with monitoring, detecting and reporting security threats, and provide pre-sales expertise during calls and post-sales activities.

You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle using FortiSOAR, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer and FortiClient, collaborate with partners, and maintain CRM data in Salesforce while delivering robust security solutions.

Qualifications

• High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering and managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle using Fortinet platforms (FortiSOAR, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient).
• Act as primary technical contact for customers and partners, collaborating with the sales team.
• Manage POCs in partnership with internal teams and customers or partners.
• Continuously update knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support post-sales activities.
