Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to drive complex Supply Chain opportunities across the Middle East region. The role balances customer engagements, regional collaboration, and hybrid office-based work, focusing on Fusion Applications including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM.

You will leverage Health & Life Sciences expertise to propose innovative solutions, articulate business value, and support growth of a strong pipeline while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years' pre-sales/solution consulting experience.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or comparable cloud solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain design and network optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities.
• Recommend relevant, innovative solutions to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Understand and address customers’ key business requirements and motivations.
• Present the value of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and customer engagements.
• Contribute to the Solution Engineering community and grow Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop skills across Oracle SaaS SCM, ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Understand the competitive landscape and address objections.
