Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant in Abu Dhabi to drive pre-sales for Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM in Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will articulate business value, deliver workshops, and collaborate with sales to move deals forward.

The role requires 12+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting, fluency in English and Arabic, and experience integrating Fusion Finance with Healthcare EHR and Life Sciences solutions. Willingness to travel across the Middle East is expected.

• A minimum of 12 years experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Advanced, hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM Finance, or comparable cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider.
• Hands‑on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Preferred Experience: Experience supporting enterprise back‑office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
• Experience leading multi‑pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX is desirable.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance industry is advantageous.
• A master s degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
