Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences in the UAE seeks an experienced Solution Engineer to drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities across the Middle East. You will leverage Health & Life Sciences expertise to shape innovative solutions and demonstrate measurable business value.

The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, regional teams, and customers, with hybrid work and travel across the region. English and Arabic fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 12 years of pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM Finance (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI in Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable AI in SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Finance & EPM opportunities.
• Recommend relevant, innovative solutions based on Health & Life Sciences expertise.
• Ensure customers’ key requirements and motivations are understood.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and engagements.
• Contribute to the Solution Engineering community to grow Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences applications.
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to show business value.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Continuously develop skills across Oracle SaaS ERP, EPM, and SCM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Address competitive landscape and objections confidently.
