Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to lead complex Supply Chain Management opportunities across the UAE and Middle East. The role blends customer engagements, regional collaboration, and office-based work in a hybrid setup, with travel across the region.

You will demonstrate Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities, shape solution roadmaps, and build trusted relationships to win transformative opportunities in Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 12+ years of pre-sales/solution consulting experience
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or equivalent
• Experience across broader supply chain portfolio including planning, manufacturing, procurement, PLM, inventory, maintenance, logistics
• End-to-end supply chain design and network optimization experience
• Experience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX is desirable
• Hands-on AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or similar SaaS platforms
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable platforms
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes
• Fluent in English and Arabic

This role is based in the UAE and supports customers across the Middle East, with wider collaboration as required. Travel across the region will be required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work. This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM.

• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events.
• Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
• Proactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Continually develop your skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS SCM, and into ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.

Responsibilities

Basic requirements

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent
• A minimum of 12 years' experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider.
• Proven experience across the broader supply chain portfolio, including Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Inventory Management, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain design and network optimisation, from demand planning through to logistics execution.
• Experience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred experience

• Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion SCM Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping is an advantage.
• A master's degree, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
• Industry-recognised certifications and active affiliations with respected supply chain institutions or professional associations.
