The Unique Consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join an exciting project in the UAE. The role requires hands-on SAP HCM expertise, with emphasis on ESS/MSS, PA and OM, and end-to-end implementation, configuration and production support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience, a proven track record in HR processes, and the ability to deliver high-quality functional documentation and testing.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.
• Mandatory ESS/MSS experience with hands-on configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration and support.

We are looking for experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultants for exciting project opportunities in India and Dubai.

Position: SAP HCM Consultant - 1 Position

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Mandatory ESS/MSS (Employee Self-Service / Manager Self-Service) experience.
• Hands-on configuration and functional support in ESS/MSS.
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration and support.
• Knowledge of HR workflows, approvals and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in functional documentation, testing and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• SAP Time Management and Payroll.
• SAP Fiori and SAP HCM integrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.

Important Screening Criteria:

• Candidates with only end-user experience in ESS/MSS will not be considered. Hands-on functional configuration and support experience is mandatory.
