xTag Services Pvt Ltd in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead Indian Payroll, ESS and MSS configurations.

You will manage end-to-end Indian Payroll processes, payroll schemas, wage types and statutory reporting while coordinating with HR and ABAP teams.

The role requires 4+ years of SAP HCM experience and at least one end-to-end implementation; strong knowledge of PF/ESI/PT/LWF and Form16 is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP HCM experience.
• End-to-end SAP HCM implementation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience with ESS/MSS configurations.

Responsabilités

• Handle SAP HCM implementation, configuration and support activities.
• Manage end-to-end Indian Payroll processes.
• Configure and support ESS/MSS functionalities and workflows.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with HR, business stakeholders and ABAP teams.
• Participate in enhancements, rollouts and implementation projects.
