Job summary

xTag Services Pvt Ltd in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead Indian Payroll, ESS and MSS configurations.

You will manage end-to-end Indian Payroll processes, payroll schemas, wage types and statutory reporting while coordinating with HR and ABAP teams.

The role requires 4+ years of SAP HCM experience and at least one end-to-end implementation; strong knowledge of PF/ESI/PT/LWF and Form16 is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP HCM experience.
• End-to-end SAP HCM implementation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience with ESS/MSS configurations.

Key Skills Required:

• SAP HCM – Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Indian Payroll
• Employee Self‑Service (ESS) and Manager Self‑Service (MSS)
• Payroll Configuration, Schemas, Rules and Wage Types
• Gross-to-Net Payroll Processing
• Indian Statutory Compliance – PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax
• Form16 and Statutory Reporting
• Payroll Reconciliation and FI Posting
• Time Management – Good to Have
• Functional Configuration, Testing and Production Support

Key Responsibilities:
