Unique Occupational Services Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai, UAE is hiring a SAP HCM Consultant to drive implementation, configuration and support initiatives. You will handle end-to-end SAP HCM aspects including ESS/MSS, PA and OM, HR workflows and lifecycle management.

Applying candidates should have at least 4+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience and be ready to relocate to Dubai. The role focuses on functional configuration, documentation, testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless HR operations.

Formación

• SAP HCM experience required, hands-on and in-depth.
• ESS/MSS configuration & functional support is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in PA & OM modules.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration & support.

Responsabilidades

• Document functional specifications, create test cases and troubleshoot.
• Support HR workflows, approvals and employee lifecycle management.
• Assist in SAP HCM implementation and configuration projects.
