Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong Indian Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) expertise. You will implement, configure, support, troubleshoot and enhance SAP HCM solutions for payroll and HR processes.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of PA, OM and Time Management, payroll schemas, wage types, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, IT), plus FI postings and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with Indian Payroll, ESS and MSS
• Experience with PA, OM and Time Management in SAP HCM
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, IT and FI payroll posting
• Hands-on experience with payroll schemas, wage types and rules
• Experience supporting employee and manager self-service processes and workflows

Responsibilities

• - Provide functional support and configuration for SAP HCM modules; handle end-to-end Indian Payroll processes
• - Configure payroll-related activities including gross-to-net, tax, PF/ESI/PT, LWF and government reporting
• - Manage payroll posting to FI and payroll reconciliation; support ESS/MSS workflows
• - Handle leave, attendance, employee data changes and manager approvals
• - Prepare functional specs for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP teams
• - Align with HR teams to resolve payroll and employee data issues; document processes
