Vxible Consulting Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to provide functional support and configuration for SAP HCM, with end-to-end responsibility for SAP Indian Payroll processes. You will configure and support ESS/MSS functionalities and collaborate with HR and business teams to resolve employee-related issues.

The role requires hands-on SAP HCM expertise, knowledge of Indian statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, IT), and the ability to coordinate with ABAP teams for

Formación

• Minimum 1 SAP HCM implementation experience.
• Hands-on in PA, OM and Indian Payroll; ESS/MSS experience helpful.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax for India.
• Experience in Payroll Processing, Reconciliation and FI postings.
• Ability to coordinate with ABAP teams on integrations.

We are looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants for an exciting opportunity in Dubai!

Mandatory Requirement:

Minimum 1 SAP HCM Implementation Experience.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA).
• Good understanding of Organizational Management (OM).
• Strong experience in SAP Indian Payroll.
• Hands-on experience in ESS (Employee Self-Service) and MSS (Manager Self-Service).
• Knowledge of Payroll Schemas, Rules and Wage Types.
• Understanding of Indian statutory requirements – PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax.
• Experience in Payroll Processing, Reconciliation and FI Posting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP HCM modules.
