You will bridge complex business requirements with SAP functionalities, ensuring personnel administration and organizational efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Expertise in PA and OM SAP HCM components.
• Strong skills in Time Management configurations.
• Knowledge of SAP Indian Payroll laws and reporting.
• Experience enabling ESS and MSS functionalities.
• Understanding IT Services HR tech trends and data integrity.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and configure SAP HCM modules to align with org structures and processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles from requirements to go-live.
• Administer PA and OM to ensure data integrity.
• Configure Time Management structures and rules.
• Oversee SAP Indian Payroll compliance and tax calculations.
• Deploy and optimize ESS and MSS portals to improve adoption.
• Provide guidance on best practices, upgrades, and integrations.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for knowledge transfer.
