Job summary

robusta is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge business stakeholders and Salesforce teams, translating needs into clear requirements and driving Salesforce enhancements.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce knowledge, Agile experience, and the ability to manage backlogs, user stories, priorities, and stakeholder expectations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Product Owner, BA, Salesforce consultant, or similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce knowledge, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of CRM processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Lead, Account, and Opportunity management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations and collaborating with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear functional specs.
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, bugs, and technical requirements by value and urgency.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as main POC between business and Salesforce delivery team.
• Support UAT, validate delivered features against requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes, automation, and UX.
• Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and requirements.
• Support release planning and stakeholder communications.
