Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring system integrity through design, testing, and documentation. Based in Abu Dhabi with travel on mission basis, you will contribute to scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting and development.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages and web services.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Cloud architecture and security models.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in technical roles within Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, development, configuration and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Oversee the technical development of software from inception through user acceptance, managing multi-department projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, analyze needs and provide technical design specifications.
• Monitor and report on technical execution progress, address issues and risks proactively, participate in code reviews.
• Coordinate across teams to align projects with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools and customize with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution integrity and quality, and maintain documentation.
