Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Architect to lead enterprise cloud architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for government and enterprise clients.

This senior, client-facing role requires translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and mentoring delivery teams throughout transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs and middleware.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise Salesforce cloud architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Cloud Architect to join a leading digital consultancy in Abu Dhabi, supporting the design and delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes across enterprise and government clients. This is a senior, client-facing architecture role for someone who can combine deep Salesforce technical expertise with strong functional understanding, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Cloud Architect, you will take ownership of the technical architecture across Salesforce Core Clouds, working closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise Salesforce cloud architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.


• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.


• Lead technical discovery, solution design and architecture workshops with clients.


• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and wider enterprise platforms.


• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce implementation and transformation programmes.


• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks and technical best practices.


• Produce and review technical documentation including Solution Design Documents, Integration Control Documents, ERDs, API specifications and architecture diagrams.


• Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to architectural standards.


• Support technical estimation, project scoping and presales activities.


• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation.


• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Salesforce consultants and development teams.


• Stay current with the Salesforce platform, emerging capabilities and best practices.

Required Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect / Cloud Architect.


• Extensive experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, particularly: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and development principles.


• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.


• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs and middleware.


• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce platform architecture.


• Strong understanding of data modelling, security, identity and integration patterns.


• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable

• Salesforce Certified Application/System/Technical Architect.


• Experience with Data Cloud / Data 360 or Marketing Cloud.


• Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica or other enterprise middleware platforms.


• Experience working within large digital transformation programmes.


• Consulting or professional services background.


• Experience delivering projects within the GCC, UAE or Saudi Arabia.
