Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are required.
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations.
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.
• Hands-on data management including data loads and mapping templates.
• Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems.
• Familiarity with content management platforms like Seismic.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams.
