Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to own the Salesforce roadmap and translate complex needs into clear user stories. You will liaise between business users and IT, document requirements, and lead backlog grooming and UAT in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in similar roles, strong Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence, and familiarity with CMS/public trust clearances; AWS/Snowflake experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple projects.
• CMS or similar federal agency experience preferred.
• Ability to gather and analyze information to develop solutions.
• Must have resided in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years; CMS Public Trust clearance possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise features.
• Voice of the customer; liaison between business users and IT teams.
• Elicit and document requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs.
• Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Manage technical docs like System Design Documents and security tests.
• Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reports to management.
