Qualifications
- 8+ years in Business Architecture or similar in Salesforce/digital transforms.
- Strong client-facing and workshop leadership experience.
- Expertise in BPMN and requirements engineering.
- Knowledge of Salesforce clouds and design trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to define objectives and transformation opportunities.
- Translate business intent into capability models and user stories.
- Define future-state operating models aligned to Salesforce best practices.
- Oversee requirements lifecycle from ideation to backlog and acceptance.
- Advise on Salesforce OOTB vs customization for scalable solutions.
- Drive multi-cloud solution design with delivery teams.
