Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team in the UAE. The role focuses on improving product knowledge, selling skills and customer engagement through structured sessions and practical coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and experience in sales training or coaching, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Coaching is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement, and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach employees in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct product, process, customer service and sales skills training sessions.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback and business requirements.
• Coach and mentor sales employees to improve communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals and other learning resources.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue and business targets.
• Prepare training reports and maintain records of training activities and employee performance.
