Job summary

Talent Higher is recruiting a Sales Trainer for a Dubai-based client to elevate the performance of the sales team through structured training and ongoing coaching.

You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training, focusing on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques to drive revenue growth. The role demands excellent communication and the ability to energize and mentor commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Training, Enablement, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
• Experience designing training plans or building an LMS from scratch.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing team members.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
• Coach sales professionals on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and recommend targeted development plans.
• Work closely with sales leadership to improve team performance and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver refresher training, workshops, role-play sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
