Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee a high-performing sales team in the food delivery market. You will mentor reps, set targets, and drive revenue growth across multiple cities.

You will design training programs, analyze performance data, and collaborate with leadership to deploy effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in sales leadership and UAE F&B experience.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in business or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of sales & negotiation experience in a high-growth company.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in food delivery or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• F&B industry experience in the UAE is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with excellent organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and share best practices.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members for performance.
• Collaborate with line manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Drive sales initiatives across cities to enhance performance.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee sales pipeline management to ensure opportunities and velocity.
• Monitor team activities and guide pipeline management.
• Support the team in closing deals and negotiating contracts with partners.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics for improvements.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
