Job summary

Deliveroo UAE is seeking a CRM Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of UAE CRM campaigns across email and push channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics, Creative, Product and Engineering to drive personalised communications that support commercial goals and customer needs.

You’ll own automation, segmentation, reporting, and stakeholder management, while building engaging emails and notifications and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business) or strong relevant experience.
• 2-4 years email application experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building automated CRM programmes.
• Experience using data visualization tools and reporting.
• Highly computer literate.
• Experience using AI tools.
• HTML, SQL, or scripting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, optimisation & reporting of UAE CRM campaigns across email and push.
• Create engaging emails, push-notifications, and WhatsApp notifications.
• Identify and implement evergreen automations and triggers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage workloads and deadlines.
• Report on campaigns and propose/manage changes where necessary.
• Handle data targeting, segmentation, analysis and interpretation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
