Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water And Processing Industries L.L.C. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive growth across key markets. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with the Sales team, manage distributors and wholesalers, present forecasts to the Sales Director, and ensure timely procurement and product promotions to expand the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales team to penetrate key markets.
• Be actively involved in Business Development and ensure sustained growth in business.
• Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management.
• Ensure achievement of targeted Topline Revenue.
• Assist Accounts with follow-up on receivables as needed.
• Liaise with Suppliers and manage the procurement process.
• Ensure Customer Delight through high-quality service and products.
• Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to Sales Director.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Measure distributor productivity and competitors’ activities.
• Develop potential wholesalers.
• Provide timely solutions aligned with client needs.
• Sell to target new accounts and customers with multiple outlets.
• Sell in new products, equipment, and merchandising to existing customers where opportunities are identified.

• Measure and influence Gulfa distributor’s productivity & competitors’ activities as well,
• Develop potential wholesalers.
• Provide Timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Sell to the targeted new accounts and customers with multiple outlets
• Sell in new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques to existing customer base where opportunities are identified by the TDM.
• Sell in authorization for products, packages, and promotions to all regional accounts within the territory.
