Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking a Sales Representative to drive training registrations, client acquisition, and revenue growth in fire protection and life safety training programs.

You will identify corporate clients, government entities, and other prospects; build long-term relationships; and promote courses, certifications, and training capabilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales and business development.
• Experience in marketing and brand development.
• Strong client relationships and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify new business and market opportunities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in fire protection, life safety, HSE, emergency response, or training services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations, client acquisition, and revenue.
• Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
• Promote training courses, certifications, facilities, instructors, and training capabilities through marketing channels.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the academy's position in the fire protection and life safety training market.
