Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support and enable the sales teams across the UAE in delivering faster, more efficient results. You will act as a trusted operational point of contact for clients and Account Managers, leveraging CRM tools to streamline processes and drive business outcomes.

You will support onboarding, data quality, reporting, and process improvement, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to close more opportunities and deliver superior client service

Qualifications

• Secondary education minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in Sales Operations or sales enablement.
• Experience in e-commerce/classified space; pricing strategy is a must.
• Account management experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Excel proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: maintain sales databases and assign clients to Account Managers by location/language; manage client data and onboarding.
• Business enablement: onboard and educate account managers; establish processes; share performance reports and insights.
• Ops/Technical support: coordinate with Sales Ops and operations teams; liaise with teams for features and value-added services.
