Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support and enable the sales teams, ensuring faster, more efficient selling. You will manage databases, onboard new business accounts, and provide operational support as a client liaison.

The role requires CRM proficiency, Excel skills, and experience in e-commerce or classifieds pricing strategy. A strong communicator and team player will thrive in our multicultural, fast-paced environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales operations or enabler roles beneficial.
• Experience in e-commerce/classified space and pricing strategy is a must.
• Account management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Excel will aid performance.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable sales teams to sell faster and more efficiently.
• Maintain and manage sales databases and client information.
• Coordinate onboarding and live deployment for new business accounts.
• Provide operational support and as a main contact for clients.
• Monitor credit utilisation and manage payments, activations, cancellations.
