Job summary

Salt seeks a Manager - Sales Operations to lead a key sales support team in the UAE, driving efficiency and supporting multi-market initiatives. You will bridge regional teams with central leadership, oversee daily functions, and guide critical projects enhancing processes and analytics.

You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, maintain data integrity in CRM, and provide actionable insights to grow the business while ensuring policy compliance and high customer satisfaction.
