Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle seeks a Sales Operations Executive to support, enable, and drive the sales teams across the UAE market. You will manage databases, onboard accounts, and provide operational support to clients and account managers.

You will leverage CRM tooling, analyze performance data, and collaborate with the sales team to close more opportunities, while maintaining accuracy and strong communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce/classified space and pricing strategy is a must.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and a great team player.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases and client information.
• Verify pools and assign clients to Account Managers by location/language.
• Onboard new business and support live onboarding.
• Provide operational support to clients and account managers.
• Monitor credit utilization and manage payments/activations/cancellations.
• Share reporting and insights to streamline processes.
• Use Sales CRM and LMS tools; report issues and opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to guide sales and marketing teams.
