Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE seeks an Operations Support Executive to back the sales team with streamlined processes, client inquiries, and essential administrative support. You will help create classified car packages, generate payment links, and coordinate between internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer support, fluent English and Arabic, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• A minimum of secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales support and customer support role.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail/Drive/Docs/Sheets/Calendar).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proactive and result‑driven with a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries and responding promptly.
• Assist in creating packages, payment plans, and maintaining client data in systems.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to expedite processes.
• Continuously seek improvements to sales support procedures.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service standards in all interactions.
• Schedule and manage photography requests and related tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
