Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Operations Support Executive to back the sales team by handling inquiries, creating car packages, generating payment links, and coordinating between departments.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales support or customer support, English and Arabic fluency, knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM, and strong Google Workspace skills. You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural team with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic.
• Minimum of secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer support.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player mentality with the willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries and responding to customer requests promptly.
• Assist in setting up packages, payment plans, maintaining client databases, and ensuring accuracy per policies.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to expedite processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.
• Schedule and manage photography requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues.
