Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Operations Enabler to support account managers and clients across the UAE. You will help with onboarding, data management, and reporting while collaborating with the sales team to optimize processes and close more opportunities.

The role requires CRM proficiency, Excel skills, and strong communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales Operations or enabler roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to drive client onboarding and account setup.
• Maintain and manage sales databases; assign clients to Account Managers based on location/language.
• Generate and share performance reports to improve processes and sales outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding of new and current account managers; educate team on methodologies.
