Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Admin or Finance.
• 1–2 years cross-functional experience in field sales analysis or sales support.
• Good understanding of business processes, internal controls and best practices in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor day-to-day operations.
• Support GBM & Sales with data analysis and presentations, dashboards, etc.
• Ensure trade spends are reflected in CRM with visibility on TTS analyses.
• Prepare data/templates for monthly meetings, MBPC and Cluster reporting.
• Manage master data for Customer, Customer Hierarchy, and Materials with F&C, Sales & NBS.
• Drive MOSAIC forecast tool data in OPC and keep it up to date.
• Share Outlook with stakeholders and assist forecasting processes.
• Coordinate monthly Sales Targets by channel and calculate incentive payouts.
• Ensure customer BDAs adhere to commercial policy and are archived properly.
