Job summary

Nestle in Dubai seeks a Sales Analytics professional to ensure availability of sales reports and dashboards, manage trade spends in CRM, and support MBPC and MOSAIC forecasting. You will publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and the Sales function, while coordinating with GBM and NBS.

A Business Admin/Finance degree with 1–2 years cross-functional experience is preferred. FMCG background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of all sales reports and dashboards for sales function use to track performance and ensure all tools and master data are up to date.
• Strong management of TTS, MBPC.
• Responsible for developing and publishing all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
• Supporting GBM & Sales function through providing required data analysis and preparation of presentations, dashboards etc.
• Ensure all trade spends are reflected in CRM and provide visibility on TTS related analysis and reports to all stakeholders.
• Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for Cluster reporting.
• Responsible for all master data related to Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Material extension in coordination with F&C, Sales & NBS.
• Drive the Sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up to date.
• Prepare & Share the Outlook with the stakeholders and take actions in Middle-Out-for forecasting.
• Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation
• Coordinate on preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive pay-out.
• Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with all activities undertaken, i.e.: Trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, Trade Agreement, customer creation, closing of audit points.
