Job summary

ZENNER Middle East is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Utility Government to drive business development across the UAE and GCC utility government and infrastructure sectors.

You will build relationships with utilities government entities, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners, lead tender identification, bid coordination, and develop strategic accounts with forecasts.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC tendering and procurement processes.
• Proven experience in government/utility account management and tender management.
• Experience in smart metering, IoT, energy management, MEP, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
