Miraj Crest Realty LLC is seeking a results-driven Secondary Market Property Consultant to join our Dubai-based team. You will generate leads, build relationships, source and market secondary properties across Dubai, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.

You will thrive on a strong commission structure and access to company-generated leads, with ongoing market updates and pricing insights to maximize opportunities.

• Experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and property trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.

Miraj Crest Realty is looking for ambitious and result-driven Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
• Source, list and market secondary properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property valuations and pricing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and property trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
