Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks a results-driven Senior Secondary Market Specialist with extensive UAE experience in ready-property sales and a proven track record of closing transactions.

You will manage the sales cycle from qualification to closing, leverage fresh leads and support resources, negotiate effectively, and build lasting client relationships, with a 50%-70% commission structure and visa/health insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, with a strong track record in the secondary market.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, pricing and current market trends.
• Demonstrated success in closing resale transactions and converting leads into clients.
• Ability to manage the sales process independently, from lead qualification to closing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
