Job summary

Homex Properties is seeking an experienced Secondary Market Property Consultant in Dubai to assist clients in buying and selling secondary market properties across Dubai. You will build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors while driving opportunities and closing transactions.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Experience in secondary market preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close property transactions.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities
