Job summary

EVA Real Estate LLC is expanding its sales team in Dubai, seeking experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants. If you know Dubai real estate and can build relationships to close deals, this commission-based opportunity offers unlimited earning potential and exposure to international markets.

The role focuses on selling residential and investment properties, managing buyers and investors, sourcing new listings, and guiding clients through negotiations and transactions with strong mentorship

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of the secondary market.
• Proven ability to generate business and close transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential and investment properties across Dubai’s secondary market.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Source new listings and clients through networking, referrals, prospecting and company marketing opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, negotiations and transactions.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Maintain strong follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on Dubai communities, market trends, property values and new opportunities.
