You will advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai's secondary market, leveraging deep knowledge of local communities, values, and trends to deliver tailored guidance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's Secondary Market Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property values, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting in Dubai's secondary market.
• Advise on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
