Novotel & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager Long Stay to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the long stay segment. You will develop strategic relationships, manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct regular market analysis, set monthly and quarterly plans, and deliver performance reports to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with ability to close complex deals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the market segment.
• Identify prospects, cultivate leads, and manage existing accounts including renewals.
• Conduct site inspections and business meetings to showcase offerings and upsell.

• Cross-sell services and mentor the sales team to drive collective success.
• Coordinate with the Director of Sales on opportunities and strategic recommendations.
