Job summary

Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager – Global + Long Stay to drive proactive sales initiatives across Global Accounts, TMCs, and the Education segment. You will manage long-stay portals, negotiate terms, and develop annual agreements in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

The role emphasizes global commercial strategy, strong partnerships, and proactive sales efforts to grow the hotel's base business and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in global accounts sales and key account management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across regions.
• Ability to develop proposals and long-term contracts with multinational clients.
• Familiarity with sales cycles, RFPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business from Global Accounts, regional offices, and multinational companies.
• Build relationships with global TMCs/DMCs to generate opportunities.
• Manage Cvent Transient platform, including RFP submissions and proposals.
• Oversee long-stay listing portals and negotiate rates and terms.
