Job summary

Radisson RED Silicon Oasis Dubai is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager - Global & Long Stay to drive proactive sales initiatives across Global Accounts, Education Segment, and Long Stay Business, while building strong regional and international partnerships.

The role balances global commercial strategy with the brand's creative character, coordinating with Lead Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to grow the hotel's base business and secure annual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and grow business from Global Accounts, regional offices, and multinational companies.
• Build relationships with global and local TMCs/DMCs to generate transient, group, long-stay and MICE opportunities.
• Manage the Cvent Transient platform, including RFP submissions, negotiations, and global account proposals.
• Negotiate portal visibility, rates, T&Cs, and promotional packages.
