Job summary

Libera Consultants in the UAE invites an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the scaffolding and industrial services sector across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will lead business development, manage key accounts and close opportunities with contractors and industrial clients.

You will develop strategies for scaffolding material sales, rental and installation services, build lasting relationships with project stakeholders, and coordinate with operations to ensure profitable

Qualifications

• Strong sales or business development experience within scaffolding, construction, equipment rental, industrial services or access solutions.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding material sales, rental and/or installation services.
• Existing network within the UAE construction and industrial market is highly preferred.
• Good commercial understanding of pricing, costs, rental rates and margins.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable developing business independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
• UAE/GCC market experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and commercial terms while protecting profitability and margins.
• Monitor competitor activity, market pricing and customer requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and regular reporting to management.

We are conducting a search on behalf of an established scaffolding and industrial services company in the UAE for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business and expand the company’s client base across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Role Overview:

This is a commercially focused role responsible for developing sales opportunities across the company’s scaffolding material supply, rental and installation services. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with contractors, industrial clients and project stakeholders while identifying and converting new opportunities into profitable business.
