Job summary

ADASCO in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of building materials. You will visit project sites, maintain client relationships, and work with contractors, consultants, developers and retailers to meet targets.

The role requires 2–4 years in building materials sales, a valid UAE driving license, English and Hindi fluency, and a results-driven mindset. In-person, full-time position with visa and health insurance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in building materials or construction material sales; Abu Dhabi market experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction market and project sales.
• Existing network of contractors, consultants, developers and traders preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license; car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via direct meetings, cold calls, emails and networking to present services.
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to identify project requirements.
• Market and sell building materials including cement, paints, tiles, plumbing, electrical and more.
• Develop and maintain long-term ties with contractors, consultants, developers and retailers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations; negotiate terms; close sales while maximizing margin.
• Follow up on invoices in coordination with accounts.
• Track competitor pricing and stay updated on product specs.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and forecast reports to senior management.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure order fulfillment.

Position Overview

ADASCO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with a strong background in trading building materials in Abu Dhabi to join our team. You will be responsible for bringing new clients visiting project sites maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets with other building material trading companies contractors consultants developers project owners and retail customers to promote our extensive range of building materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via direct meet cold calls emails networking and meetings to present company services
• Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to identify project requirements
• Market and sell our full range of building materials including cement construction chemicals waterproofing products paints and coating steel blocks plywood timber gypsum boards tiles plumbing materials electrical items sanitary ware insulation materials air conditioning accessories spare parts hardware safety tools and other construction supplies
• Develop and maintain long-term ties with contractors consultants developers traders and retail clients
• Follow up on enquiries quotations negotiate commercial terms close sales while maximizing profit margins and conversion rates
• Strictly follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts department
• Track competitor pricing monitor market trends and stay updated on new products and building material specifications
• Submit structured daily weekly and monthly sales and forecast reports to senior management
• Liaise with procurement warehouse logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment product availability and delivery

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000-4,500 per month
• Commission: Sales commission structure applicable upon target completion

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in building materials or construction material sales. (Candidates with Abu Dhabi market experience will be preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and project sales.
• Existing network of contractors, consultants, developers, and trading customers will be preferred.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license. (Candidates who have a car will be preferred).
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Ability to work independently under monthly target pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Customer-focused with commercial awareness.
