CDHORIZON FZE is seeking a Sales Manager – Formwork & Scaffolding to drive revenue growth, expand key accounts, and manage rental and sales activities in Abu Dhabi.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, tendering, partnerships, and meeting monthly/annual sales targets with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in formwork and scaffolding sales or rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and construction/rental market.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets in B2B environment.
• Experience in contractor, infrastructure, and industrial project sales.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
• Lead, guide, and motivate sales team members (if applicable).
