Job summary

RMG Solutions in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead daily retail store performance and drive target achievement. You will manage P&L responsibilities across mall locations and guide store teams to optimize sales and service quality.

The ideal candidate brings extensive retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance operations with strategic growth. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in sales and/or operation retail management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail, FMCG or consumer goods management is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Achieving yearly budgeted sales and profit targets.
• Managing day-to-day overall stores operation.
• Optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring adherence to operational and sales and stores standards at the stores.
• Preparation of yearly sales and operational budget.
• Assessing, recruiting and developing personnel skills to meet operational and sales requirements.
• Any additional duties requested by senior management.
• Identifying and evaluating the sales per references within the retail stores and distribution.
• Establishing, conducting and/or coordinating sales staff training programs.
• Recommending operational improvements and/or changes.
• Creating, ensuring and implementing high standards of customers' services plan.
• Keeping awareness of the market trends by analyzing products and competitors.
