Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
• Automotive retail sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing team KPIs and business performance targets.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
